8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Closure & Suspension
Voluntary Closure
You may request to close your 111vd account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before processing a voluntary closure, we will verify your identity and confirm that there are no outstanding withdrawal requests or active bonus wagering requirements. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
Closure by 111vd
111vd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it determines, at its sole discretion, that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
- The account has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
- The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
- Continued operation of the account represents a risk management, fraud, or regulatory concern.
Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, 111vd reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both deposited funds and bonus funds, where permitted by applicable law. 111vd will provide written notification of the closure via the email address registered to the account.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wagering activity). 111vd may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the account settings. Where a dormant account balance reaches zero as a result of administrative fees, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support if fees have been applied.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111vd's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your 111vd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
111vd shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

11 Amendments to These Terms

Minor amendments — including corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect player rights or obligations — may be made without individual notification.
